Story
I’m a backseat gamer. I don’t play the games myself, but I love to watch others play. I’m always cheering them on and giving them tips. Sometimes I even feel like I’m part of the game. I’ve watched my friends beat difficult levels they would never have been able to do alone. Watching them succeed is so fulfilling.
I also get a great sense of accomplishment when they tell me that my advice helped them win. When they do well in-game, it feels as if I was playing too!
Characters
Flame Scans EN is a scanlation group that specializes in translating and releasing manhwa, or Korean comics, for English-speaking audiences. Their current project is the webtoon My Master Is A Backseat Gamer, which is still ongoing. The story follows the adventures of a young woman named Choi Hye-jin, who finds herself sucked into the world of online gaming after her boyfriend dumps her. With the help of her new friends, she sets out to become the best gamer in the world.
Gameplay
Flame Scans EN is a 2D action-adventure game with a fantasy setting. You play as the protagonist, who is on a quest to save the world from the evil forces of darkness. The game features a unique combat system that allows you to take control of your allies and use their special abilities to defeat your enemies. There are also a variety of puzzles to solve and bosses to defeat. The game is currently in development, but you can check out the demo on the official website.

My Master is a Backseat Gamer is a fantasy adventure manga that follows the story of a young man who, after being orphaned, is taken in by a powerful mage. The mage teaches the young man how to use magic and introduces him to the world of adventuring. The young man quickly discovers that he has a talent for gaming and starts to make a name for himself in the world of online gaming. But when the mage is kidnapped, the young man must put his skills to the test to save him.
