Brittney Atwood was born on December 10, 1987 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Her parents divorced when she was young and her mother soon remarried. In addition to the abuse, Brittney also had to deal with the fact that she was overweight and unattractive. She would often be bullied and made fun of by other children for being different. This all led to a deep hatred and sadness within Brittney which she didn’t share with anyone until adulthood.

In 2004, at the age of 17, Brittney ran away from home after a heated argument with her stepfather. She ended up living on the streets for two months before being found by police and taken in to custody. During this time, Brittney was raped multiple times by different men. Atwood’s arrest put an end to her teenage years, but it didn’t stop her from using drugs. In fact, she continued using drugs until she was 35 years old, when she finally got help for her addiction. Today, Atwood is sober and works as a foster parent.

Atwood’s story is not unique. According to the National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH), almost one in five Americans aged 12 or older have tried marijuana at some point in their lives. And nearly one in ten Americans aged 12 or older have tried cocaine. Lifetime prevalence rates for both marijuana and cocaine use are higher among young people than among adults aged 25 or older.

Despite these high rates of drug use among teenagers and young adults, many young people don’t realize the consequences of using drugs. For example, drug abuse can lead to criminal behavior. The first thing that you need to do is to find a support group. There is nothing like talking to other people who understand what you are going through. This can help keep you motivated and on track.

You also need to be honest with yourself. When you are trying to lose weight, it is important that you are 100% honest with yourself. If you are not happy with your current weight, then it is going to be much more difficult for you to stick to your diet and exercise plan.

Another thing that you should do is to make sure that your food choices are healthy. Do not eat junk food or fast food excessively. Make sure that the majority of the foods that you eat are healthy and calorie-rich instead of high in sugar and carbohydrates.
